Return Policy Page

It is our sincere goal that you be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase from Priceless Jewelry inc.com. You may return your jewelry purchase within the guidelines below. If you require additional information regarding our return policy, please do not hesitate to call our customer service department or use the contact us link to send us an e-mail.. See important shipping instructions below under the Returning Your Order heading.

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. You have 30 days (from receipt date) to return the jewelry for credit. You can return the item in its original condition if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

  2. If the jewelry was damaged or you received an incorrect item, please include a note explaining the exact problem with the order.

  3. Shipping and handling is not refundable unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.

  4. No returns can be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. To receive your RA number, please contact a customer service representative at 800-573-7970 or select the contact us link to send us an e-mail.

  5. Any items that have been damaged, worn, resized, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

  6. For exchanges, we will issue you a credit for the price of the item (excluding shipping charges) which you can apply towards the purchase of any item of your choice.

Returning Your Order

When returning your order, please follow these Shipping Instructions to avoid having your package returned to you.

  1. Call our customer service department at 800-573-7970 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the label that we included in your shipment. If you do not have the label, please write the RA# on the outside of the box next to the shipping address.

  2. Please make sure the package you are returning is postmarked within 30 days (for full credit) or 45 days (for exchanges) from the date you received your order.

  3. Please be sure to ship packages by Registered U.S. Postal Service and have it insured for its full value. Request a return receipt from the post office so your order can be tracked*. (Please note - FedEx does not insure valuable jewelry).

  4. Carefully place the jewelry in a box in a secure and protected manner. Make sure you include all packaging material including protective wrapping. If you do not have the original box, you can get one at your local post office. Secure and cover the entire box with paper mailing tape (required for ink stamps at post office).

  5. Send the box to: (As shown below, please use the company initials (PJI) rather then the full name of the company)

All unauthorized, improperly packaged, or uninsured shipments will be returned to sender.

Slight variations in appearance do not constitute an incorrect order. We have used all our resources to recreate the actual appearance of our jewelry, but detail and color may vary from computer to computer.

After our Quality Assurance Department has reviewed the item, you will receive notification about your return or exchange.

* Priceless Jewelry inc.com will not be responsible for loss or damage during shipment.
